Thanks for taking the time to reach out about this.
I wanted to drop in here and let you know that this is actually not a bug. The logo that you see on the scoreboard is the logo that's set on your Player Card in the Team Pass, which is intended.
We've seen a lot of feedback on this, especially for Franchise. We'll continue passing along your thoughts to the team. While we cannot guarantee that this will be changed, we'll make sure that your feedback is seen.

Mind directing us how to get a refund for a broken feature that wasn’t in the game when we paid for it? As on brand, I don’t expect a response for at least a month if at all. So thanks EA for scamming people out of the closest football simulation we will get, too bad it’s been MILES away from that and I don’t have hope it will get better.
That's incorrect...this not being a bug, that is. Because it isn't just OUR teams. It's the computer teams too. Basically, whoever is in the home team slot. If MY team is the visitor team, I see the logo. If my team is the HOME team, I do not see the logo. The computer team...if they're the home team, no logo. It IS A BUG.
So let me get this straight, to have an immersive experience on a $80+ game, you want me to PAY MORE, FOR MY OWN LOGO?
