The latest update seems to have broken the scoreboards in franchise mode. Every single game I enter, whether it's in an online or offline franchise, has one of the team's logos replaced with the NFL shield logo. This is completely immersion-breaking. Example is attached.
It's pretty frustrating that we can't even get an acknowledgment that they're aware of this issue. I didn't buy this game for very simple features to be actively taken away six months later.

I only noticed this bug yesterday after not playing for a week. It also shows up on the touchdown graphic that pops up. My franchise mode is offline so I don't know what the season pass (or whatever it's called) has to do with it.
Same issue here. Please fix this EA!! I know it's minor but it ruins that immersive experience

I actually can't believe that this and every related topic went completely unanswered/unnoticed by this company. What a pathetic incompetent display. EA's customer relations for this game have been ridiculously disrespectful.
It's been nearly three weeks and this hasn't been addressed yet. Unreal.
This bug is too boring, something simple that EA takes years to solve, they should have a more priority support, a simple bug that discourages too much from playing and buying the next ones.
