Team pass Matches Granted Incorrect Points Amount

I had seen that after I finished a game it said that I would be rewarded with 5,050 MUT points for purchasing the team pass so I purchased it. After purchasing in the reward screen it said I was rewarded with 25,250 MUT points. I did not get this many points instead I only got 300.

  • I was told by a staff member that I should type my problem in forums and a community manager would reply me in the thread but that still hasn’t happened and this is a legal issue

    swampDuNKy​ Hey, so a Community Manager cannot grant content. We are not support. If this happens to a bunch of players, we send it to the studio teams for that specific game, and they take a look in the logs of what happened. We don't have a way to verify your game said X and then granted Y. If I looked at the account, it would only show you were granted Y. I will keep this aside and ask in the morning, but at the moment, this is not something that is handled over the forums.

    Hey so I made a Chat request with someone from EA and showed them the picture of the proof it that said I was rewarded with it and they told me to send it in the forums if I wanted it be solved so what should I do because I never would have bought it if I knew I wasn’t going to get the points. I have video and screenshot proof. I need to know if I’m going to receive the points it said I was rewarded with. Because if not it may need to be tooken farther.
