Unplayable offense

On offense I can't hike the ball, change camera zoom, call an anaudible, on defense can't switch players, call audibles, change zoom. Checked player lock is off, switched controllers still same problem. Did a hard restart, turning xbox console off and unplugging it from power source, uninstalled and reinstalled madden 25 multiple times. Tried to do this while madden 25 is on internal memory and external memory but made no difference. Playing the madden 25 Xbox one version on my Xbox S.
