the rank season that ended this morning I was rank top 100, when i went on the game to claim my reward after the season ended it did not let me claim my reward but rather I could only play a ranked game for the new season. After entering a game and quitting to get my reward I was demoted from last seasons rank down to champion even thought the season was over and received darnell washington instead of my rightful warren sapp rewards. Anyway for me to receive my correct warren sapp reward still?

I didn’t even get demoted and still didn’t get Sapp. I was top 100 when I clicked on it and still got Darryl Washington. I’ve got a ticket in to EA but haven’t heard anything yet.
