In EASHL this is now third time as my player has been hit apparently so hard that he gets amnesia… The name disappears from bottom left box and player mumber reset to 25 for the rest if the game. When i score or assist its marked as Unassisted. The game won’t record any points for me for that game…

The bug didn’t happen before 1.3 patch, which made **bleep** on so many other functionalities in game. Revert or fix asap.

Community ManagerWe need a video showing how to reproduce it. Just saying, a big hit removes a player's name doesn't help. Especially, when there's only one report of this. If the team is going to break off from working on updates to 25 and the future of the series, they need some solid steps to reproduce it. Which is why video is required.
Right. For every other company that would be enough to go over related code and go over what changed from 1.2 to 1.3…
