UNEXPECTED ERROR loading Final round in Ones Eliminator
Every time when the Final round of the Ones Eliminator Tournament is starting I get an UNEXPECTED ERROR showing in the top of the screen. (Black text in a white border). This is in the screen where you would see your 2 opponents with their skill level and amount of goals and hits in their previous 2 games. I notice that the player names are not shown, just a - sign. After this error I return to the matchmaking screen again, this time without music in the background. Also new attempts from this matchmaking result in the same result. After forfeiting the Tournament I come back in the World of Chel Hub where I see an error code. Refer to the two attached files. I use the disc version of the game NHL 25. I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the game. Please help! I can't obtain the trophy related to winning a Ones Eliminator Tournament. Additionally: I tried to use an other jersey (one that I was able to play the finals with before), I switch my user emblem to the standard EA emblem, the same for my banner. I copied my loadout from slot 4 to slot 1. Another attempt resulted on almost the same result, but this time the Unexpected error text was not shown, I could see 1 other opponent and see the player names, but 1 opponent was not shwoing at all. The screen similar to the one displayed in the attached picture was shown for 30 minutes when I decided to close the game.
Gameplay slow and lag online 1 to 1
I don't understand why in 2025 the game is slow and choppy in the 1v1 online game? we have the impression that to move forward we have to break the joystick! the last version that was going well was 2023 in this game mode. since then everything has been going wrong. and it's probably not my internet, I'm connected directly with a 1 gigaoctet package with 11ms why does easport have so much trouble putting programmers in this game? my Xbox is x serie
Cannot Load EASHL Dressing Room when Club has Member from both PS5 and XBOX
Context: Having an EA account associated with both an XBOX and PS5 account can cause EASHL clubs to malfunction if you join the club twice, once under XBOX, then again under PS5. Step 1: Create a club, CLUB_A Step2: Invite an EA_user on XBOX to join CLUB_A. Step3: EA_user on XBOX joins CLUB_A. Step4: Invite the same EA_user on PS5 to join CLUB_A. Step5: EA_user on PS5 joins CLUB_A. Step6: Attempt to join an EASHL Dressing Room (e.g. 6v6) as any member of CLUB_A. BUG: The Dressing Room will fail to load with an error saying that it was unable to load club members. Remediation: Kick one of the instances of EA_user from the club.
CHEL Goalie hovering proplem
Hi, I' like to report a proplem where goalies pads starts to hover and it causes the puck to slip in the goal. I mostly see this happening when the pads are near the posts but I've heard other goalies saying that it happens when being in middle of the net too. As a competitive EASHL Goalie I see this as huge proplem because the passes will go through the pads and also other situations when the puck just slides against the ice at the goal. You can really easly replicate this proplem at CHEL Goalie free skate by getting near the posts in butterfly (picture attached). I hope that this issue will be fixed soon. Best regards, jg697000
EASHL 6v6 Matchmaking unable to find games
Sometimes you can que for the full length of 5 minutes or whatever the cap is multiple times without finding a game. If it works it usually works in under a minute but that happens like 30% of the time it feels like. Things that SOMETIMES fix it. -Swapping party leader -Swapping to a drop in game (and then back) -Swapping to a private match and searching for a few seconds (and then back) This can genuinely lead to almost as much time in lobby as in game. I've had sessions where the que instapops 3-4 times in a row and times where you're looking at 15 minutes at least between matches, 5-6 resets of the lobby and ques for 3-5 minutes in between each reset. Its obscene.
NHL 25 Club Stats API Error
Hello, I'm having an ongoing issue with the API for club stats this year. The call that I've been using year after year doesn't work with this year's club IDs. For example: This call for my club from NHL 24 last year worked fine (and still does to date): https://proclubs.ea.com/api/nhl/clubs/stats?clubIds=15441&platform=common-gen5 But the same call for my club in NHL 25 returns an error (878plae8i): https://proclubs.ea.com/api/nhl/clubs/stats?clubIds=21457&platform=common-gen5 I've done some spot checks with other club IDs from this year's game and it returns the same generic error, so it's not just an issue with my club.
