BAP period timer switches mid game

This has been happening with every NHL game I’ve ever played. You’ll set a period time in the menu, play a game, and it works fine. The clock will wind down in real time, if that’s how you set it, and faster if that’s what you put in. Then you’ll score, or a period will end, or whatever else and the game decides it’s just gonna give you the full 20 minute periods. Genuinely so frustrating. I play goalie and have no want to sit for a 60 minute game. And you can’t switch mid game back to the settings you want. The game still recognized you set 5 minutes or 10 minutes or whatever the case may be, but the clock winds down in real time all the same
