Be a Pro - Neverending Penalty Kill

Just played my first NHL preseason game rookie year in Be a Pro. Second shift of the game I noticed that we only had 4 players on the ice, but there was no power play clock for the other team on the bug. This never ended the whole game. The announcers would acknowledge us as shorthanded, and the rules did too as well, as we could clear the puck the length of the ice without an icing call. All goals scored by my team would say SH and goals scored by the other team would say PP, but would not end the power play. I tried taking a penalty myself, and it brought my team down to 5 on 3, and that showed up on the scorebug, but when it ended we just went back to 5 on 4 with no penalty clock. Even the in game on ice graphic showed a comparison of their PP vs my PK in game, and gave them a PP of 200% since they had scored 2 PP goals. Also looking back at the activity log didn’t ever show a penalty by my team
