When I go to my in-game inbox I see the error: "Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request. The server encountered an unexpected condition." This error has been present for weeks without resolving itself. The "Big Tipper" Ability progress requres "3 Well Aimed Shots in a Single Season". This is bugged, it is not working and does not track any well aimed shots. Here is a Youtube video of my gameplay. Then I return to ability screen after playing the full game, and then simming to the next game, and still no progress. Dear EA Sports Support Team, I am experiencing multiple recurring issues in NHL 25 that significantly impact gameplay. Below are the key issues and steps to reproduce where applicable: 1. Line Change & Tactics Window Freezing Issue: Splash windows for line changes and tactics sometimes get stuck, making it impossible to change lines or adjust strategies. "Coming Up Matches" Window Not Displaying Correctly Issue: The in-game "Coming Up Matches" window sometimes does not show at all or gets stuck on the screen. Last Scorer UI Overlapping Match Details Issue: The last scorer’s details remain stuck in the top left corner, covering important match information such as the game clock and score. Reproducibility: Happens intermittently. 4. Promotional Events Not Displaying Properly Issue: During events like "Bobble Head Night," the announcers mention the promotion, but when the camera pans to show the bobblehead, the game lags, and the promotional content does not appear. Reproducibility: Occurs every time a promotional event is triggered. 5. Major Issue – Line Energy Freeze After Fights Issue: After fights, the line energy display becomes stuck and does not update. Can't change lines or tactics. The only ways to remove the frozen UI are: • Waiting until the period ends, which results in a freeze lasting several minutes. • Pressing the options button, which also causes a freeze for several minutes. Reproducibility: This issue happens without fail in every match after a fight in Franchise mode. Press the options button or wait for the period to end – game freezes for several minutes. These issues, particularly the line energy freeze, make the game frustrating to play. Has this been reported before? I have occasionally (well, all day yesterday) this issue that my player name doesn't show on my player jersey, and I have the number 25 on it (not my number)? Also, in these occasions, if I score or get an assist, my name is "Unassisted" Which is kinda odd... so for example, if player x scores, the assists are "Unassisted" and player y. Sometimes it varies between games, one game the above occurs, and the next game everything is normal. I used to get the issue where my PSN ID was incorrect, I was given someone else's PSN ID in some games, both in dressing room and during game. This hasn't happened for a long time though. Game configuration failed . The game suffered a configuration fail. Please try again. Me and my teammate have been suffering of this error for some time now. It is random, and the error pops up as the game starts to load into the game. We mostly play as a group of 4 people or more, so when this kind of error happens the rest of our group leave the game so we can re-queue for a new game, giving us all a very bad experience of the game. In hes message he referred to this post; The latest match where this error happened is match id of 13722533280441, where our team (Pekan Tangat) faces Usama HC. We had a group of 5 players, and only 3 of us got into the game. So me and my one teammate got the "game conf failed" -error and did not make it into the game. Therefore the rest of group ditching the match and giving us another 0-3 defeat to our name. The player id;s of the players that got the error when loading into the game: 802295888 and 1692714479 So with the advice given, we deleted our initial club (Div 1 club) to create another, which we were fine with as long as the error would be fixed. Now we are in a situation where we have deleted our initial club, but the error persists. So the solution of "deleting the club" wont be an acceptable answer this time, as it seems not to work. I have now provided you with sufficent data to dig into this, giving you the exact match id of when it happened, and who it happened to. I can provide the PSN nicknames of the error victims via PM aswell, if the player id linking to psn names is needed. Im looking forward in hearing more of what causes this, and how we can fix this so that we can get the full experience of the game without having to always worry, when the next configuration error happens again. I played my first online game today in Rivals I won the game clearly 5-0 end of game stats but look tell how do I lose connection to the game I just finished. I only played one game please have the team find out who that opponent I played because this is wrong and they did something to cause that loss for me when I clearly won and out played but get a loss this is just out wrong EA see how many more players lost to him after the game I’m done and won it.
