EA_AljoI just contacted your support (Case Number #194024711) and they requested me to report issue in forums. I was in bidding competition with another player for new Jay Bowmeester Off the Charts card. The competition started from around 400k and ended around 420,550 on my befalf when I end up loosing the bid. In the beginning of process I had over 1,4M coins and in the end I had just over 1M. I saw that near 420k I had only over 600k so somewhere middle of the process it didn't bounce back me the bid. No other over 100k bids were in at the time so it's clearly a bug. I believe you can see the bidding history on your end. Can you please help with the case since I think your customer service agent didn't really understood the problem and amount of work that is lost there. Thanks in advance!
