That error could also be an issue with your PS. Normally, when it's an issue with the game, there is an error message generated by the game. We also are getting very few crashing reports for PS5 users.
You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.
Edit: I mistakenly referenced Xbox when you are on PS.

Where in my post it says I have Xbox EA_Aijo shows right at the bottom PS5 I want a private message to who I can send my report to you this it’s fair to stress your customers with BS like this giving people losses for a game I’m winning. That is pure BAdssdssd your game is not even working properly due you understand stand your product is faulty as hell I play off line mode but I have to be connected to your server to get crashed out of a game Im winning EA sold us a game that is not working properly explain to me why I get a loss for your **bleep** poor game you made

You put out a product that dose not work properly EA there no problem with my connection at all played games before that game and if you see I posted up the Error message can you have the team look into the error and why do I get a loss when I did not lose our disconnect from the server so why did it crash me out and give me a loss when I’m up 6-0 please don’t say Xbox I m a PS5 ID xVaDeRsEViLx

I’m never buying this game again pure rip off EA give paying customers a loss for your faulty game Don’t cell something that you say is complete but in fact it’s full or bugs in every mode.
