Sometimes you can que for the full length of 5 minutes or whatever the cap is multiple times without finding a game. If it works it usually works in under a minute but that happens like 30% of the time it feels like.
Things that SOMETIMES fix it.
-Swapping party leader
-Swapping to a drop in game (and then back)
-Swapping to a private match and searching for a few seconds (and then back)
This can genuinely lead to almost as much time in lobby as in game. I've had sessions where the que instapops 3-4 times in a row and times where you're looking at 15 minutes at least between matches, 5-6 resets of the lobby and ques for 3-5 minutes in between each reset. Its obscene.
