Franchise mode - Offensive coach changes to Defensive after a season

OkEA_Aljo , thanks for checking.

After they change it's also not possible to request them to change back to offensive. Isn't it possible to add that. So I can recover the coach that changed in this specific save?

    We're going to have to wait until this is resolved in a future update, unfortunately.
