First off, I want to start by saying the changes to franchise have been good overall so far, so thank you for that.
I did want to flag an bug that has been in the game for the past few years, whereas if an AI team (not controlled by the user) has multiple injuries at one position (not sure if its at the same time or close in timing) - then there is instances where they play out of position.
- I flagged this bug for NHL 24 as well where I saw a forward playing on the 3rd pairing of defense.
- Now I just found another type of instance for this in NHL 25, whereas the team has 1 injured defenseman and one injured forward.
The AI controlled team instead of calling up a player (they have over 2mil of cap space available) so there would be no issue with the cap - they slotted in a defenseman instead on the line 4 right wing spot (to make this worse they are a defensive defenseman)
I would love to see this fixed as it could hinder the game experience as teams could potentially lose games due to having players playing out of position.
