im 30 games into my franchise mode and i still dont have an option to have a conversation with the coach. There was no prompt for the "season strategy" or whatever.
his name isn't in the conversation section at all. Even if i open the coaches stat card there is no option to open conversation (yes i tried all the buttons)

I have this same problem. Checked right on the first day of franchise, then before the first game of the regular season. It’s in no menu. I checked everywhere. I see people saying it exists but they never say exactly where. Might either be a bug or it didn’t make it on release
It's an issue that I had on the first year only. All the years after I could talk with the coach.
