unsigned players with a contract
This problem is really very important. Unsigned players like Vinzenz Rohrer are not signed but have an automatic contract in franchise mode. Also the rosters are full and good players who are really signed find themselves as free agents. Do you plan to solve the problem?
Did not receive the Competitive Mega Pack
Hi, I finished my 30 games in the Weekly Competitive objectives. Usually, I go back in the objectives and can redeem my Competitive Mega Pack. Yesterday, when I finished my 30th game, the objective was marked as completed (without the green checkmark though) and my inbox and unopened backs were empty. Just gone. It's very frustrating as it's one of the best reward we can get and we need to put a lot of time to get there. I opened a ticket and they told me to report the bug here. I am on PS5.
HUT Bug in X Factor for Niedermayer power up icon
Hello, i just got 12 modern power up icons and I used those for Scott Niedermayer power up icon. I put him to my roster and i cant activate his elite edges x factor. I deactivated all x factors and still cant do it. Also tried everyone else for the x factor and those could be activated. What should i do in this case? I already removed him from the roster and put it back and it didnt help. Also I booted the game and it didnt help?Goal song BUG in franchise mode
If you create your own team and go with that in to franchise mode and you score it doesnt play the goal song through controller like it does in every other mode. I think this is connected to your own created team, is there a fix for this? I have tried many goal songs but not working.
Save File Missing
I’ve been playing Franchise mode and finished the first season and FA. I played one game of year 2, saved the game and turned off my PS5. Went to play it again and the save file was all the way back at the beginning of the first season. All the backups are also at the same spot. Pretty disappointing to spend $100 on a game and have it delete hours of gameplay for no reason. EA continues to be a joke.
What happened to my save file?
I played through from the end of the season to the start of the next season in Franchise mode. I take a long time to play and go day by day. This is is almost 10+ hours of gameplay, I last saved and turned off my Xbox last night (11/11) at 9/23/2025 in-game. Turning on my Xbox today, I've been returned to 5/17/2025 in game (this is before draft, free agency, and preseason). Last save says 11/8 (real date). This is a pretty devastating loss of gameplay, and confirmed I played on 11/10 and 11/11, so the mode was saved yesterday. Where can I find the data?
