Glitchy and lagging

Hi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. If that doesn't help, let me know what console you're playing on and we'll go through some troubleshooting. Also, are you playing on a wired or wireless connection?

EA_Aljoi did everything you suggest. I wired on Xbox Series S. I have the same issue. Player feels heavy. There's a delay in control comman dvs. action. I have 300 mbps. latency always around 60 in the network menu 

Others have reported stuttering after playing a few games on Series S. Is that what is happening? 

WOC is lagging so bad I can’t even play the game. My buddies that I play online with have no issue. I have tried restarting wifi and console and nothing seems to work. I just recently did the update for the game and it has been unplayable ever since.

Can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

The router is too far away.

As a test, could you move your console to a TV/monitor that can be connected by wire? If your connection improves, that narrows the problem down to being on a wireless connection.
