Cannot see in conversation a question and the answers and cannot do nothing
I Want to start a game but I have one conversation with manager and at the moment when intro is finishing I don't see a question and the answers I can press any buttons and it's not making anything only when with joystick I moving it's there is a sound that I'm changing something! And I tried restart the game restart the ps5 and even I deleted the game and installed from new and it's the same problem!

I'm in the year 2038 on my be a pro save and whenever a conversation with the coach or agent pops up the conversation dose pop up it just dose the animation then freezes in the conversation cut scene I just wanna retire and get my thropy to retire with gold legacy stats but the game won't pop up with the conversation dialog in order to let me to advance passed the conversation EA GET RID OF THE CONVERSATIONS IN BE A PRO NOBODY ASKED FOR THEM NOBODY WANTS THEM GET RID OF THEM OF MAKE THEM OPTIONAL CUZ NOW THAT 480 HOURS I SPENT PLAYING UR GAME HAS NOW BEEN WASTED CUZ I HAVE TO DO BE A PRO ALL OVER AGAIN JUST TO RETIER, I been playing ea NHL games since 2002 if you don't fix this BULL**** then I'll NEVER buy another ea product again
Franchise Menu Lag
After the latest update there is now an insane amount of lag in the franchise mode menus when switching between players on the edit lines, scouting, contract, and trade screens (anywhere where you can switch between players). It takes almost a full 2 seconds for the game to switch the info over to the newly highlighted player. This is making the game mode borderline unplayable, there needs to be a hotfix for this ASAP.Create a player
Hello, I have an xbox series S with extra memory. For the last two weeks or so there have been problems with creating players. Inside the menus it is incredibly slow, as soon as you increase a bar for example it freezes and you have to log out and in. What used to take 10 minutes to create a player now takes several hours. (!) Would be grateful if this was updated for xbox create a player.

Line Change & Tactics Window Freezing Issue: Splash windows for line changes and tactics sometimes get stuck, making it impossible to change lines or adjust strategies. Last Scorer UI Overlapping Match Details Issue: The last scorer’s details remain stuck in the top left corner, covering important match information such as the game clock and score. Promotional Events Not Displaying Properly Issue: During events like "Bobble Head Night," the announcers mention the promotion, but when the camera pans to show the bobblehead, the game lags, and the promotional content does not appear. Reproducibility: Occurs every time a promotional event is triggered. 5. Major Issue – Line Energy Freeze After Fights Issue: After fights, the line energy display becomes stuck and does not update. Can't change lines or tactics. The only ways to remove the frozen UI are: • Waiting until the period ends, which results in a freeze lasting several minutes. • Pressing the options button, which also causes a freeze for several minutes. Reproducibility: This issue happens without fail in every match after a fight in Franchise mode. Tick Rate / FPS / Hz /Server Latency
This game needs to be optimized for this generation console. It only runs at 60hz, Valorant that has now been ported to console runs a server update/send and simulation rate of 128hz with a receiving rate of either 60hz or 120hz depending on the user's settings. Even Call of Duty plays 12 player Team Death Match at 60hz server tick rate and has a 120hz mode in the settings for users with compatible hardware. Lastly NHL 25 server algorithm for World of Chel was amazing West and East Coast players had close to 20ms - 30ms difference which made an enjoyable experience to play the game. With this latest update game developers put back a (best game location) and now being from Los Angeles I find most games are now 85ms - 100ms just like every year prior to NHL 25. My Internet Provider has been the same for years and have constantly upgrade my plan when available and service checks to make sure everything is running correctly. The fact is there are more Northeast players than West. The only way fair play works is by removing (best game location) and (region) of the clubs, have a fixed search by the average player location in the que. Which means utilizing the North-Central, Central and South-Central servers.Players cannot move once obtaining the puck (online match mode)
I am having an issue where I pass to a player and once they get the puck all they can do is stick handle or pass. They can’t skate anywhere or even move the stick. At first thought it was a glitch or network connection error but happens now every game. When I'm not having the puck, players can move quite normally, some minor errors (I direct to right but player moves left). Half of the game players not moving at all. Some players eventually start to move during the game but are going forward and only covering the puck, no fast skating possible. I have troubleshooted controller (9 months old) and network connection (plugged-in). Every other game works normally, only NHL 25 online mode is not working. Any ideas?
