The hairstyle you choose does not reflect on the ice. This has been a problem with the game for a few years, but is much more noticeable when selecting a female player hairstyle. You can not see the ponytail on the ice.
I have attached two images, one showing the hairstyle in the Creation Zone, and then one while actually on the ice.

The hairstyle in the photo is 14, but they will find that this happens with many hairstyles. I did not report it is a problem for 1 specific style.
Community ManagerSomeone on my club uses the pony tail and it's showing up. So, it's possible this is limited to specific hairstyles or only when combined with certain equipment. Have you also tried other helmets?
