HUT | Duplicate Bound 88 Gallery Of The Greats Player

I spent time doing objectives and HUT Moments for Gallery of the Greats to obtain collectibles, I spent these on the random 88 overall player pack (BND). which is 30 collectibles per pack and only contains 1 card, I now have two 88 Jean Beliveau which are bound to my account and I can only use one at a time...

Shouldn't there be checks in place to ensure players do not get a duplicate account bound player, especially when they have no choice in which card they obtain. I can understand if it was a selection pack and I got to select which card I wanted and selected a duplicate that I already had, but to spend 60 collectibles and get the same player twice which is locked to my account is a major problem.
