Hi I have been playing through HUT challenges and winning cards but when I send to collection they're not there when I go to exchange. For instance I went through all of the supernatural challenges and I had won enough cards for Leon Draisaitl but they didn't show up until a few days after the challenge had ended. Also another 15 plus cards that I had sent to the collection from the card packs finally showed up. Can you fix this because now it just happened after going through the Off the charts challenges. Doesn't make HUT that fun if all the cards some how play hide and seek until there isn't any point of having them. Now I have a bunch of cards that are useless.

Hi there. When you search for these items, are you hitting Y/Triangle to search the whole collection or are you selecting a specific collection? In the past, if you went to the collection, they wouldn't show up. You had to change the filter when searching using Y/Triangle to find those event items.
Yes I tried that and they are still not showing up
