HUT Moments do not give option to exit on penalty stoppage

During HUT Moments once you complete the objectives, at the next stoppage of play you will be prompted to continue playing the game or exit and claim rewards.  This does not happen if the stoppage is caused by the Human player taking a penalty.  The Defensive Zone faceoff occurs without the exit prompt.
