Hut rewards

Hey, i have filled the 4 nations face-off set in Hockey ultimate team, which needs 40 4 nations face-off collectibles, and i got very good cards, but i never got the players into my team, this bug has happened to me in the past, but now i have waited  over 4 days, and still i have not gotten the players into my team, i really hope this bug gets fixed, and i can get the players, thank you.

    Hello. Try completely closing down NHL 25 and load back into it. Let me know if the items show up then. Thanks!

    I tried closing the game and loading back into the game, but nothing happened.
