HUT song bug

Hi.
I have set music setting to "NHL 26 Theme" in the audio settings. However in HUT, the screen shows that the song supposedly gets changes every time I open a pack. The song doesnt come on, but the notification comes. And after every pack. The chime of the song change comes also.

Also, why does the "Check my game"-collectibles come in a pack? I always play the Wildcard games at once, so there is always a bunch of packs of 1 collectible to open. The pack opening is so slow that it's very frustrating.
