I received the wrong Cornerstone MSP

This morning I completed the Mario lemieux set and received Roberto longo instead. I contacted EA and they said there is nothing they can do for me. I wanted the Mario lemieux to complete the objectives for him but they don't seem to know a solution and told me that I picked the wrong person. Stellar customer service
