When I go to my in-game inbox I see the error: "Sorry. Something prevented us from fulfilling your request. The server encountered an unexpected condition." This error has been present for weeks ...

I don't know what "a lot" means. I purchased the game around release date and used the inbox "normally," messaging friends to see if they want to play a game. I have never spammed messages.

Community ManagerI thought you were talking about the inbox for HUT, but you actually mean the inbox for messages. That's interesting. I haven't heard of that happening before. What console are you on?
