Line Changes in Franchise gives you random players

Hi there. For some reason I couldn’t download my PS5 video capture, but I have screenshots of my lines. I put out Line 2, and as you can see in one of the screenshots, Tavares is out there randomly instead of Nylander. Happened earlier in the game as well.

Here’s some video of the issue persisting and a snapshot of my lines. One video, the game puts Matthews out there when it shouldn’t, and the second one puts Nylander out there instead of Tavares. I haven’t recorded everything. But this particular game I played was horrendous for it. The game could not put out Line 2 at all. Just random players every time I tried that shift.

i still have the same problem, in 100% of the game I play. Mainly, the game puts offensive players on defence, and then mixed all the rest of the lines unti the next whistle. It's very annoying. 

Also, similiar to that bug. When we have an injured defenceman, the system will replace the injured defeceman by a foward, mainly the one I put on my power play  (I play with 4 offensive players on my PP) so everytime that I have an injured defenceman duraing a game, I play with only 4 defenceman because the 3rd pair can't be used because the system always give me the offensive player on defence.

I bought the game full price on launch day and 2 months after, I still have a bugged game, I'm not very impressed with your business model of using us, the customer, as your video game tester. Could be nice if that simple bug could be fixed pretty soon.

Is there an update with this issue? It’s been months and it’s worse

It’s a mess. They’re not going to fix it either. Core gameplay isn’t important to them. Just their 72 new features that they have to constantly patch. Just new feature on top of new feature. Fixing the game itself isn’t on their radar

Three months ago you asked for screenshots and videos, I provided both. You never responded after that, and now are asking for what, a YouTube video? This is insulting, and I get the impression you guys genuinely hate your playerbase. This is absurd. It’s a known issue since launch that many people have complained about, and it takes months for a response and “we’ll need even more video but differently” good lord

I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. Unfortunately, I'm going to need to the video to be streamable.
