Community ManagerHi there. Was this a one time occurrence or does it happen every time you lose connection from the other team going AFK?
This was only a one time thing, which leads me to believe it was a simple in game issue.

so can i get my rank back or no? i spoke personally with a support rep and they said the forum would assist with my issue. I hit the diamond 2 rank so losing about 700+ rp per game is detrimental compared to gaining 80-125 per win.
