NETWORK CONNECTION PROBLEM

hello 

please, yesterday I wrote here that I have a problem with connecting to the network in the game nhl 25, if I turn it on, I get a NETWORK CONNECTION PROBLEM and I did these steps 

1) I reset the xbox 

2) I reset the router 

3) I deleted the mac 

4) I reinstalled the game 

5) I unplugged the power cable 

so what else should I do so that it doesn't start because I don't know anymore and I'm tired of doing those steps over and over again if you can fix it I will be grateful and please fix the error here
