Seriously what is this nonsense EA? How can an error this major be allowed to exist?

Steps needed to reproduce the issue: I'm not sure, but I think it might be tied to defensive faceoff strategy on penalty kill lines

Hi there. Obviously, this isn't intended. It's also one that is not commonly happening. Was the center appearing outside the faceoff circle?
