I just found this thread and I'm having the same issue.
What EA_Aljo said to you is not true. The objectives need to completed before 2 PM PST, but the game doesn't need to end before that time.
I really hope this issue will get resolved and we will get the X-Factor choice pack that we earned by completing those objectives.
