Opposing team on perpetual PK in BAP

For at least a period and a half the opposing team has been down a man. The commentators acknowledge a PP when in reality none exists. Even after scoring multiple goals the opposing team doesn’t earn a player back. I’ve even received a penalty to see if it would sort itself out to no avail. Do I like that I can score a ton of “short-handed” goals? Yes. Did I enjoy myself? Not really. It became boring because the opposing team wouldn’t attack due to being down a man. As can be seen from the attached screenshot no indication of a PP, but opponent is down to four men.
