problem with connecting to the network

i want to report that i have a problem with my network connection and i tried to erase my mac and unplug and plug in my xbox power cable and i reset my router and xbox and i reinstalled the game and then the game runs normally and after 2 days it reappears so i don't know what to do if anyone can advise me let me know thank you very much

Please fix my game because I don't like having to constantly reset my xbox, reset my router and reinstall the game, it's annoying, thank you
