Problem with nhl 25 lineup

For about 2 months now any player I receive are not working. It started with my XP players, when I add them to my lineup after I start the game they are not there. Over the last couple of days it started that any player I receive and add to my lineup will not be in the lineup in the game. I feel this is a very big problem and even if I purchase packs those players will not be allowed to be in my lineup for some odd reason I really need some kind of help fixing this problem.
