Community ManagerThank you. Have you tried completely closing down NHL 25 and removing it from quick resume? Also, hard restart your console. So far, I'm not able to reproduce this so I want to make sure it's not a cache issue or something.
Nope - I just removed the game from quick resume AND performed a hard reboot of my series S console and the issue is still there after I refresh the games
this tells me you are not reproducing the issue correctly
are you on a series S?
did you click refresh games enough time so that is displays that you have 524 games available?
please repeat these steps
this is still a major usability bug and needs to be addressed by your devs
