Refresh Squad Battles bug (Team101, 102, etc...)

I have refreshed many times during Squad Battles and noticed around XP level 44 that the same 4-6 Teams keep getting presented to me on Xbox. These Teams are named Team101, Team102... all the way to ...

Also having same issue on PS5 been that way for a few weeks at least and getting pretty boring. Have also tried the hard reset with no luck.
