Sliders not saving

But wasn't fixed in today's patch,  oh yes it's offline and not  important!!

Is this problem being addressed???

This is currently being investigated. When there's an update, you should see it mentioned in patch notes.

It's the same problem as at least the last 3 years version,  it's pretty basic and should be solved in today's patch. 

This was reported last year and nothing was done to fix it.

I think I'm at the point with this game I just want my money back. The game doesn't work properly. Can you post the process in getting a refund.

You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to inquire about a refund.

Still hasn't been addressed. "If It's In The Game, It's In The Game". Apparently not. 

Come on! How long do we have to wait for this to get resolved???

Why hasn't this issue been addressed? Make a few changes to the sliders in the game. Save the settings. Try playing a game in play now or wherever. Pause the game and go to the slider settings and you'll see that the sliders have gone back to the default settings. Fix this! It can not be that hard to fix the sliders not saving.
