Thanks, but we don't need those details any longer. You can try the possible resolutions here. If those don't help, you'll need to wait for a fix to be released. Which is tentative for the January update.

Happening to my club as well, happened last chel too

Aljo, it is FEBRUARY and this still hasn’t been fixed. This is absolutely brutal. As someone who has supported this franchise every single year since NHL 18, and even had NHL 16. I expect better, and we all do. I love being able to customise the jerseys, and I haven’t for months. No one wants to create a new club. Why can’t you just fix the issue?

I absolutely understand the frustration of not being able to customize your team. If it were a quick fix, it would have been done already. Unfortunately, that's not the case. There are more critical issues that the team needs to focus on at the moment. Hopefully, we'll see this addressed sooner than later though.
