NHL 25 - Be A Pro Hat Trick Crash
Game: I was playing in Be A Pro Mode and got my first hat trick at home arena and as the hat celebration is wrapping I start to get a few sound issues and then the screen went black and crashed back the XBOX main screen completely out of the game. I went back in and tried again and repeated the hat trick and same thing. I was able to recreate it 4 times. The last time I even tried deleting the saved game and starting over and it still happens. In other words it's repeatable.
Game configuration failed/Failed to retrieve data
Since Sunday 27th October, loading into online games has stopped working. In WOC I constantly get the message "game configuration failed" whenever I am loading into a game no matter which club is used for the session. In other modes, such as versus, I get the message "failed to retrieve data" along with the error code whenever I load into a game. Every single method the web can offer has been tested and the only correlation I can think of is the system update that sony rolled out during Friday 25th October but I did manage to play a few games right after the system update. Nothing in my settings has been changed at all The workaround has been to create both a new PSN and EA-account and it works as normal Platform: PS5 When does the error occur: When loading into any online game What game modes are affected: All online game modes Network Settings: NAT Type 2 - 1000/1000 connection - Wired - Default DNS
Hat tricks in BAP have a tendency to crash the game.
When a player (AI or Human) scores a hat trick in Be A Pro mode, the game crashes. While it's not happening every time, it is happening very frequently. I see anywhere from 2-3 crashes a day because of this. The frustration of having a good game wiped is certainly one thing but feeling like I have to repeat games so often due to this is definitely beginning to drain the fun out.. 2
CHEL - Game configuration failed
Game configuration failed . The game suffered a configuration fail. Please try again. Me and my teammate have been suffering of this error for some time now. It is random, and the error pops up as the game starts to load into the game. We mostly play as a group of 4 people or more, so when this kind of error happens the rest of our group leave the game so we can re-queue for a new game, giving us all a very bad experience of the game. In hes message he referred to this post; The latest match where this error happened is match id of 13722533280441, where our team (Pekan Tangat) faces Usama HC. We had a group of 5 players, and only 3 of us got into the game. So me and my one teammate got the "game conf failed" -error and did not make it into the game. Therefore the rest of group ditching the match and giving us another 0-3 defeat to our name. The player id;s of the players that got the error when loading into the game: 802295888and1692714479 So with the advice given, we deleted our initial club (Div 1 club) to create another, which we were fine with as long as the error would be fixed. Now we are in a situation where we have deleted our initial club, but the error persists. So the solution of "deleting the club" wont be an acceptable answer this time, as it seems not to work. I have now provided you with sufficent data to dig into this, giving you the exact match id of when it happened, and who it happened to. I can provide the PSN nicknames of the error victims via PM aswell, if the player id linking to psn names is needed. Im looking forward in hearing more of what causes this, and how we can fix this so that we can get the full experience of the game without having to always worry, when the next configuration error happens again. Game crashes after you (or apparently anyone in the game) gets a hat trick. You shouldn’t need a video to understand the issue but I’ll go light up the Kings in my next game if you need one@Aljo btw you deserve a raise for managing this forum. I feel bad for you brother but it seems even with immense pressure from the player base nothing gets done.
Can't Customize My NHL25 EASHL Club
I've always loved playing EASHL games and opening bags to unlock new stuff and new customizations. But all that work is for none cause every time I try to save anything like jerseys, or logos, or colors, I get and error code. And the only answer I hear is "you gonna have to remake the club" sorry, I'm just not doing that. I've work to hard for the stuff that I've unlocked, I think I deserve to use them. all of this goes both ways with Stock uniforms and custom made ones. Please please please fix this 🙏
