Cannot see in conversation a question and the answers and cannot do nothing
I Want to start a game but I have one conversation with manager and at the moment when intro is finishing I don't see a question and the answers I can press any buttons and it's not making anything only when with joystick I moving it's there is a sound that I'm changing something! And I tried restart the game restart the ps5 and even I deleted the game and installed from new and it's the same problem!
Be a pro needs to be fixed
I'm in the year 2038 on my be a pro save and whenever a conversation with the coach or agent pops up the conversation dose pop up it just dose the animation then freezes in the conversation cut scene I just wanna retire and get my thropy to retire with gold legacy stats but the game won't pop up with the conversation dialog in order to let me to advance passed the conversation EA GET RID OF THE CONVERSATIONS IN BE A PRO NOBODY ASKED FOR THEM NOBODY WANTS THEM GET RID OF THEM OF MAKE THEM OPTIONAL CUZ NOW THAT 480 HOURS I SPENT PLAYING UR GAME HAS NOW BEEN WASTED CUZ I HAVE TO DO BE A PRO ALL OVER AGAIN JUST TO RETIER, I been playing ea NHL games since 2002 if you don't fix this BULL**** then I'll NEVER buy another ea product again
Franchise Crashes
I play on an XBOX Series X. I click on a new franchise. 33 team expansion. Custom rosters. Select a team. I pick either Québec or Hartford usually. It does not seem to affect the outcome. I get to the part where I must enter the name of the GM. I press a letter. That is when the crash happens. Always. Back to the home screen of the XBOX Series X. I click on the game to start it. Franchise mode. New. 33 team expansion. And so on and on. Never a time when it does not crash. But a regular franchise with the standard amount of teams, that is fine. It would be nice if you fixed this.Franchise Mode CE-108255-1 Editing Defensive Parings
This is making the game unplayable. I would guess one out of 4 times I start adjusting my defensive pairings in Franchise Mode "Edit Lines", the game crashes with code CE-108255-1. It happens right when the 1st Pairing Left Defenseman is selected. Ever since the December update, CE-108255-1 has been a regular thing. This is just the new phase of CE-108255-1 for me, apparently. I just re-installed the game (Physical PS5 Standard) this week because the gameplay was unplayable, now I can't even adjust my d-pairings. No other PS5 games crash this regularly (or at all) in 2025. Please fix whatever broke the game in the December update. It's been 3 months.
CHEL - Game configuration failed
Game configuration failed . The game suffered a configuration fail. Please try again. Me and my teammate have been suffering of this error for some time now. It is random, and the error pops up as the game starts to load into the game. We mostly play as a group of 4 people or more, so when this kind of error happens the rest of our group leave the game so we can re-queue for a new game, giving us all a very bad experience of the game. In hes message he referred to this post; The latest match where this error happened is match id of 13722533280441, where our team (Pekan Tangat) faces Usama HC. We had a group of 5 players, and only 3 of us got into the game. So me and my one teammate got the "game conf failed" -error and did not make it into the game. Therefore the rest of group ditching the match and giving us another 0-3 defeat to our name. The player id;s of the players that got the error when loading into the game: 802295888 and 1692714479 So with the advice given, we deleted our initial club (Div 1 club) to create another, which we were fine with as long as the error would be fixed. Now we are in a situation where we have deleted our initial club, but the error persists. So the solution of "deleting the club" wont be an acceptable answer this time, as it seems not to work. I have now provided you with sufficent data to dig into this, giving you the exact match id of when it happened, and who it happened to. I can provide the PSN nicknames of the error victims via PM aswell, if the player id linking to psn names is needed. Im looking forward in hearing more of what causes this, and how we can fix this so that we can get the full experience of the game without having to always worry, when the next configuration error happens again. Invites in game
Not necessarily a “bug” but rather a general game issue. Not a fan of getting the loss in an EASHL club game because someone sends our goalie an invite in game and an ill-timed press of the “A” button because he’s trying to skip through a replay, sending him to that game and effectively giving us the loss. I know you can appear offline to remedy this, but the fact it happened so easily and fluently is incredibly frustrating.EASHL Goalie Boost Bug
Every time you enter an EASHL Clubs game that is a grudge match, if either team’s goalie has the boost, the game automatically bugs out after the first Faceoff. It will then do the glitch where you play anywhere between 15-45 seconds of game time and then reset to the opening Faceoff
