    Yes, so I bought the 12‘000 points pack and twice the 5‘500 points pack but I didn’t receive the promised things like 20x 83+ instead I received some 80+ and the rest were 65-79 cards.

      20 players with 1x 83+ guaranteed ... the description is correct. 
      The other pack also only guarantees 1x 82+, you have misread the description
