2. Friday bought over 20,000 in points cost just 20,000 points was $203 CDN dollars.
3. Bought with points X Factor booster Red packs and Green packs Results from the 4 packs all the same X factor player 81 Ov C Marcel Noebels  please tell me why would I get 5 of the same X factor player item?  I spent money to get ripped off for real EA?

Please tell me what you are going to do to fix this and what I just lost in money spent and getting a bug that gets me this **bleep** C 81 Marcel Noebels 5 times on a row from none pick able store bought X Factor Booster packs. Please feel free to look for your self in the game data for my results.  I put 3 of them in re roll to pick a X factor player I needed. Tell me how am I or anyone going to get the Mcdavids X factor card if all I get for my store bought packs is same player 5 times in a row might even be six times.
