Just watching a video by Sleeveless, and he mentioned we're supposed to get a base X-Factor player item in our starter pack, but I didn't. I received the base Power Up Icon, but not the X-Factor.

Actually... I have 82 OVR Lucas Raymond X-Factor in my lineup, 2nd line, but he doesn't show up in "My Collection".
