Still have not received my pack for last pack in season one please tell me can. I pre ordered and I’ve been ripped off for my pack is that not stealing from a customer saying on the screen you get the pack once done but did not receive it so then give me money back if you can’t give what was listed on the screen then your breaking your end to my purchase.

Sorry not giving you my ID and password. fix on your end very simple fix put are last pack in out in boxes IN GAME . You should have made a list. I want was posted in the game to be given my last pack season 1

Who do I contact to get full refund from preorder Im done with being treated different because I play offline. Not getting the same rewards as online. I have equal rights to receive the same rewards and forcing me to play online with hackers and cheaters to get the rewards should same rewards is wrong. I’m 51 been playing this EA sports game since the start. If I knew that EA NHL 25 Hut mode was like this and now being treated not equal to online players is wrong. Please give me a email and number I can contact for full preorder refund. Not asking for the money I spent in online coins that’s well over $2,000. I paid my preorder by my PlayStation wallet and I will not be renewing my EA play next month either.
