I didn't receive 2 packs

I didn't receive 2 packs. I started playing 6 minutes before the global release. After a win, the screen showed that I had received 2 packs: the Season 1 Ranked Silver 5 reward pack and the Season 1 Ranked Gold 1 reward pack. However, the packs didn't appear in my inventory.
