Well its the release date and we are right back to crashing out of games! I was able to play two games before crashing out of the 3rd game right back to the dashboard. It has been YEARS of this happening to hundreds and hundreds of people. Crazy.
How do we get a refund? Conversely how can we verify this isn't an EA account issue?
We’re experiencing frequent game crashes to the desktop without any error messages. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.
Are you sure you got the right forum for your post? This is for NHL 27, and it wasn't released on PC...
Yep, I'm sure. My post is for NHL 27 on Xbox. Game crashes to Xbox desktop without any error messages. When we find a game in WoC and game is starting, one of our teammates randomly gets dropped (CtD). It happens frequently.
NHL 27 in its current state (at least on Xbox series x) is very unstable. I have had many issues with it handling the UI being used or displayed (gane crashes using the UI digital keyboard to not closing out the game properly when returning to the home screen) to in-game crashes.
How can I fix NHL 27 forcing me to dashboard while trying to get into a World of Chel game? It happens 1 or 2 times per night.
Community ManagerHey, everyone. When reporting a crash, please be specific about which console you're on as well as what exactly is happening. Especially if you're getting an error message. We need to know what that says.
We're aware of an issue with some XBOX users in recent years. As I mentioned previously, it's one we haven't been able to reproduce so any additional details are appreciated. When exactly it happens, what camera you use, what mode(s) it's happening in, etc.
We also need to get a video of this. Please put it somewhere it can be streamed and respond with a link. Thanks!
It happens in every game mode for me on Xbox. Giving time stamps and geographic location didn't help last year. We get it you all haven't been able to re create the problem and you have two xbox's that run it perfectly........
We get it, this problem will not be addressed. Meanwhile every other game works for us.
console: xbox series X
Playing a franchise mode game with a created team.
Pressed resume to start the 3rd period. Screen dimmed and froze, sound stuttered and then game crashed to Xbox dashboard.
Camera used is classic.
No error message is being given - hard crash.
This has happened about 5 times now out of 25 games played total
Community ManagerThanks for letting me know. We would love to get this fixed. It's definitely been a troublesome one over the last few years. Hopefully, we can get this reproduced and addressed.
