Passing down the boards in the 0 zone
I cannot pass down the boards for a behind the net pass in the O zone every time I try to do it the pass goes completely backwards back in my own end every time I do that

Community ManagerThank you. I tried switching my controls to Hybrid. I went in to practice mode and couldn't reproduce this. It's definitely curious. What controller are you using? Can you go in to practice mode and make it happen?
I’ve been having this issue too. I will check again today if it’s still happening. I couldn’t even load into my clubs lobby yesterday night without an error code right away.

Are you also using Hybrid controls?
For the clubs issue you're having, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
