I would like to say that after the update on April 14th, it was implemented that decorations would be added as a level reward at certain levels. In my case, I noticed on a new account when I passed level 50 I received the Dave's mailbox decoration, however on my main account where I had already passed 100 adventure levels, I don't have this item and I also can't obtain it by reaching level 50 because the level doesn't offer any reward.
