I can't give other people anything, and I haven't reached the daily limit

Dear PopCap Support Team,

I am writing to report a frustrating bug that I can't give my community members anything, and I haven't reached the daily limit

For the past two weeks, I have only been able to send "Watering Cans" to my community members. The system completely restricts me from sending other items, such as "Lamps" and "Bug Spray".

 

Past 7 days : I am now completely unable to send ANY items at all to specific community members. When I try to give them a gift, the system fails to deliver it.

 

Our community members actively exchange gifts every day. However, because of this ongoing issue, the cooperative and friendly atmosphere within our group is slowly declining. As a leader of the Japanese community, it is deeply concerning to see this happen.

I sincerely hope your development team can investigate and fix this bug as soon as possible.

    I would double check whether this is actually a bug for you or not.

    Each member of your community can only receive 3 gifts per day, 1 of each type. However, each member can also sent 5 gifts per day. This means people that send gifts later in the day are very limited in who or what they can gift, if they can gift at all. It's a terrible design, I know.

    Your screenshot shows only 2 hours left before it refreshes, so what likely happened is, that person (and everyone else you checked) already received all the gifts they could.

    You should check to see if this problem exists as soon as the day refreshes, because then everyone can accept each kind of gift again.

    I see—I wasn't aware of this before. I only knew that I could send gifts to 5 members, but I had no idea that there was also a daily limit on receiving gifts.
