Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to report a consistent bug in "Plants vs. Zombies 3: Evolved" (PVZ3E) related to plant upgrades.
Bug Description:
When plants reach Level 3, the game does not unlock or grant the corresponding Level 3 plant avatar/icon. This issue affects both my account and my friend's account.
Evidence (attached screenshots):
1. Screenshot 1: My Jugger-nut is confirmed at Level 3.
2. Screenshot 2: My avatar/collection screen shows that the Level 3 Jugger-nut avatar is still missing/locked.
3. Screenshot 3: My friend's Wall-nut is also at Level 3.
4. Screenshot 4: My friend's avatar/collection screen shows the Level 3 Wall-nut avatar is missing as well.
This bug prevents players from properly displaying and using the upgraded plant avatars after reaching Level 3, which negatively impacts the collection and customization experience.
Additional Information:
· The issue occurs on both accounts independently.
· I have not found any workaround (e.g., restarting the game).
Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if any additional information or logs are needed? I would greatly appreciate a fix in a future update.
